1. New Custom Module for Tracking Page
Your tracking page is now more customizable than ever. We’ve introduced
three Custom Modules
that allow you to embed engaging content directly on the page. This module supports:- Video– Add product tutorials, brand stories, or marketing campaigns.
- FAQ– Provide instant answers to common shipping or return questions.
- Custom Liquid– Insert dynamic or personalized content with Liquid code.

To make it even more powerful, the Sort Sections feature enables you to drag and drop modules, so you can decide the exact order in which they appear.

2. Selective Order Sync by Sales Channel
We’ve added more control over which orders are synced to Track123. You can now choose specific sales channels whose orders you want to track in
Track123 > Orders > Sync orders > Channel settings
.For example, you may want to include Online Store orders but exclude those from TikTok or Shop.

With these improvements, Track123 empowers you to create a more branded, organized, and customer-focused tracking experience—tailored entirely to your business needs.
