When testing the Track123 app on a Shopify development store, we encountered an issue where the app doesn't function correctly due to the store not being able to process real payments or real orders. This limitation prevents developers from fully exploring and verifying the app's functionality in a sandbox environment. We request the addition of a test mode or a development flag (e.g., test: true) that enables the app to simulate order tracking and all core features without requiring real transactions. This will allow full functionality testing within development stores, reduce dependency on customer support for test access, and improve developer experience and integration speed. Please consider implementing this to support smoother development and evaluation workflows for merchants and partners.

I want to insert the tags for Carrier's tracking URL on the email notification as it is more up to date than the the Track123 tracking URL, which is often several hours behind in sync/update.

Store owners with multiple stores connected to Track123 would like a feature that allows them to export order and tracking information from all their stores into a single CSV file, rather than downloading separate files for each store.
