Feature Requests

They are requesting a feature that would allow them to set an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) rule by regions, rather than by country only.

Add ability to retrack all packages under a certain status. (Example: One click button to retrack all packages with "info received" status)

Order Section: Add additional Retrack options—for example, a feature that allows users to retrack all orders currently under the Info Received status (and other statuses), or an option to retrack all orders at once. Shipping Details Section: Add a feature that allows users to archive specific details within the Shipping Details section of the tracking page and jus simply replacing them.

Right now, the "Archive" option is only available when looking at a list of packages. Add an "Archive" option when looking at the shipment details page.

The customer does not like that we indicate the last mile tracking on the orders. Some last mile are handled by China Post

Add a feature under the Analytics tab that displays the average number of days it takes for an order to progress through each stage. For example: From Fulfilled (Order Ready) to Info Received From Info Received to In Transit And so on...
