Reason: The user would like to add a column displaying the customer’s phone number in the Orders section. This would allow them to quickly copy and paste phone numbers directly from the Orders list without opening individual orders, making it easier and more efficient to contact customers—especially since they use WhatsApp to communicate with clients.

Add option to replace/rename the the tracking events received from yhe courier companies with custom tracking events. Some courier companies provide limited description on their events

They are requesting a feature that would allow them to set an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) rule by regions, rather than by country only.

User do want both shipping courier and tracking to show but do not want the first shipping courier link to work, as lots of time the CN shipping courier is all in CN text
