Automatically trigger an email to notify the recipient when the package status updates to “Now at a pickup location.” If the package is not picked up within a specified number of days, send a reminder email to prompt the recipient to collect it. The reminder interval and email content should be customizable.

Need the ability to manually archive certain orders within the system. Some orders have been lost or are no longer relevant, and we do not need them to be updated anymore. To keep the system organized and improve efficiency, we would like to archive these orders manually.
