Managing a large number of tracking numbers can be overwhelming — that’s why we’ve launched our new AI Order Filtering feature.

Now, instead of manually clicking through dozens of filter options, users can simply use natural language queries (like “orders delayed over 5 days” or “packages stuck in transit”) to find exactly what they need — instantly.

This is a powerful, all-in-one search tool that lets you find anything inside the Track123 app in seconds. Whether you're looking for an order, a tracking number, a customer profile, or even a specific feature or setting in the app, this new search bar makes it faster and easier than ever.

We’ve improved how Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) work, giving you more control over what gets shown to customers.

Now you can decide whether to use the carrier's EDD or your own custom EDD. Just set your preference, and that date will be shown across your tracking page, emails, and order status page.
