1. New Progress Bar Styles on the Tracking Page
We’ve added more progress bar styles to help you present shipment status in a way that best fits your brand’s design.
You can now choose between Comprehensive, Minimalist, Stages, or Locations layouts. Each style provides a unique way to visualize order progress and delivery status, as shown below.
2. Add Comments in Order Details
A new Track123 Comments field is now available in the order details section.
You can use this field to add notes, remarks, or internal updates about each order — perfect for keeping track of progress or coordination notes across your team.
3. Enhanced Map View in Analytics
We’ve improved the Analytics map to show more detailed data. You can now view shipment performance not only by country but also by state or province. This helps you better understand where your shipments are going and how your logistics are performing in different regions.
