We’re excited to share several powerful updates that make order management easier, enhance Tracking Page customization, and improve the post-purchase customer experience. These updates were built directly based on merchant feedback.
Add Track Order Button to Customer Account Page
Track123 now supports adding a Track Order button directly on the Shopify customer account orders page — allowing customers to access their tracking information instantly, without typing their order number or email.
Please refer to the help documentation to see how to add it.

Order Archiving Is Now Available
Managing long-pending orders has always been a challenge, especially when certain shipments are delayed or never fulfilled. To help merchants stay organized, the Orders module now supports archiving. You can archive or restore orders in bulk or individually.

Archived orders:
  • Are excluded from Dashboard shipment performance metrics.
  • Can be exported separately from Active orders.
  • Continue to update normally — archiving does not stop tracking, status updates, or carrier updates.
This gives merchants a cleaner workspace without losing trackability or historical data.
Reorder Button — Now Fully Customizable
Some merchants use a custom checkout page, where the default “Reorder” behavior does not fit their workflow. To address this, we’ve added options to customize the Reorder button’s action. You can now enable or control the Reorder button’s behavior:
  • Buy now (default)
  • View item
  • Add to cart

This update ensures the Reorder button works correctly across stores with custom checkout flows.
