We have significantly optimized the app's mobile device compatibility, allowing you to easily use Track123 services within the Shopify mobile app.
- Add two more metrics.
We've added two more metrics: Delivery Date and Pickup Date. These metrics allow for a more precise assessment of carriers' pickup and transportation efficiency, ensuring a continuous partnership with high-quality carriers.
Pickup date:
It refers to the date on which the shipment is picked by the carrier for delivery.Delivery date
: It refers to the date on which the shipment is delivered to the customer.
-Order Page Interaction update.
We've modified the interaction on the Order page, moving away from the previous drawer pop-up when clicking on an order. Instead, details are now displayed on a new page, offering users a more straightforward view of order-related information.
- Allow users to check the email sending history.
If you use Track123 to email your customers with status updates, you will now see an email icon next to the trajectory. This indicates that we sent an email at that specific point.
- 7-Day Trial.
We've introduced a 7-day trial feature, allowing users more time to fully experience the powerful features of Track123. During this period, you can thoroughly explore our system, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your needs.
