Feature Requests

The user wants to add more customized blocks or widget sections to the tracking page which allows them to personally tailor the tracking page for their needs. For example: Create a dedicated block on the tracking page designed to showcase upsell opportunities and direct customers to their subscription add-on portal. This block should also be integrated with Track123’s Analytics section to allow merchants to track customer interactions, such as clicks on the widget.

The user is requesting a feature that allows them to select orders that can only be tracked.

Can you please add the ability for us to select last mile carrier as a drop down on the order page?
