Request to have new/additional notification be sent for different status changes.

For example, if an order is Out For Delivery, we sent one OFD emails and then if there's a Failed Delivery after, we sent one FAILED ATTEMPT email, and that's it.

But they want to have additional notifications sent if there's another status change after this updates.

If there's another attempt for delivery, they are requesting to have another email sent for FAILED ATTEMPT. And then another one if there's more, until the order is DELIVERED (or returned to seller --EXCEPTION email).
