3 custom status is great, and I'm sure it works perfect for most, but for my product, an additional 2 or 3 custom status would be ideal.

Part of the service I offered on Facebook, was updating customers throughout their orders progress, via FB Messenger.

The custom status on orders that you provide works great, but with being able to allow 2/3 more, so 5/6 in total, it would be perfect.

Hopefully this is something that can be done.
