Faizan Sarwar: Hi, if an order is cancelled. It is an unfulfilled order. I don't think your customer will track them in the tracking page. Why do we still need to show order status for them?

Alex Jenkins: Hi Alex, As we cancel orders if customers don't respond to confirmation messages or call within 48 hours or so. It has been experience at times customer was busy or was out of town when he/she gets time they want to check the order status and on tracking page if customer gets

If you can develop status for cancelled orders that would be great it will also be easier for customers to know the status of their order.

Suggestion: if the code is fetching data against tracking no. You can at least reset the error message from
Couldn't' Find
to You order May has been cancelled. Kindly Contact our Customer Service by Emailing us
or whatever. Or develop a section where we can add this message according to our preference.A
